Assay, LLC. is designed for the ever changing needs of your adjusters for initial inspections and/or surveys of household goods for your larger and disastrous claims. We are based out of Houston, Texas, but will travel wherever needed to service your customers.
Our services include, separation of items that may be repaired, restored and remediation (mold) or total loss items. We have vast resources and the ability to coordinate most services with our third party companies to complete your claims.
We have found some movers, forwarders, and insurance companies prefer to settle directly with their customers in order to get their claims closed. Assay is your company to help you achieve that first hand service in a timely manner.
With 40 years of service in the HHG Industry, we can provide your adjusters that first inspection and survey report that will help with proper valuations to their claim. Whether it is damages from truck accidents, fire, water, or mishandling, Assay can be there to provide you that first-hand inspection/survey and to help with getting your claims to run as smoothly and quickly as possible.
